Artist Statement

            My artwork gives those who know me and those who don't a look at my life and my interests. In my work, I like to illustrate things I believe in and things I have interests in and things do in my every day life. My topic are usually not to deep, what you see is what it usually is, I like to do art about my faith as a Christian. Many times my these topics are integrated into my art with symbols and such to help my viewers understand my topic in a familiar way. In my latest art work ( my chair) I used the colors Red, White, & Blue to represent my patriotic feelings And love for my great country of America. Since I use a wide range of materials and methods of construction in my art I am able to consistently get my topic across to the viewer. Even though all of my art is not connected, It is all in someway centrally connected to me in one way or another. The topic of each project helps me decide the type of materials to use to help me get my intended point across.
